Returns
If you purchased an item online, by mail, or by phone, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return. Please note, returns should not be sent back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, first recheck your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. You can also contact your bank for further clarification. If you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@lavielabs.com.
Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@lavielabs.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping times for exchanges may vary based on your location.
