1. Introduction
By signing up for the Free Trial, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your order.
2. Free Trial

Your Free Trial begins when you pay the £4.95 shipping fee.

During the Free Trial, you will receive your first product package (one full-size Matinika Anti-Aging Cream + Ashkara Starter Kit or a starter kit of your choice).

The Free Trial includes subscription enrollment, which will automatically continue unless cancelled.
3. Billing & Subscription Cycle

After the Free Trial, you will be billed £44.95 or the agreed amount by your agent or website every 60 days using the payment method provided at checkout.

A new product shipment will be sent every 60 days, as this matches the typical usage cycle of one jar.

Billing continues automatically unless you cancel your subscription.
4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by contacting our customer support team.

To avoid being charged, cancellation requests must be made at least 5 business days before your next billing date.

If you cancel after a payment has been processed, your cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is included in the £44.95 (or agreed subscription) charge.

Orders are shipped via tracked courier service. Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability.

We reserve the right to cancel a shipment and refund the fee if necessary.
6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds will be processed once the product is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or sent in error.
7. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your billing and shipping details accurate and up to date.
